Contraception Workshop

Through hands-on learning and discussion, participants will gain an up-to-date understanding of contraceptive choices to better support client needs and informed decision-making.

Value: Scholarship will cover $90.00 course fee and subsidise travel and accommodation.

STI & BBV Workshop

The workshop will build your general understanding of STIs and BBVs and will include clinical presentations of STIs and BBVs, testing, treatment, management, discussion of the Australian STI Management Guidelines and more.

Adolescent Sexual Health – Sexual Health Update

Sexual Health Update Day will focus on adolescent sexual and reproductive health. Our expert presenters include SHINE SA’s Dr Tessa Moody and Dr Clare Keogh. Also presenting, Gynecologist, Dr Elle Knights from Belong O&G and Women’s and Children Hospital.

Sexual and Reproductive Health Workshop

This interactive workshop provides a foundational understanding of sexual and reproductive health in general practice. The workshop has a strong focus on clinical skills including simulated practical training with a speculum. It will increase knowledge and confidence in reproductive sexual health including contraceptive prescribing, cervical screening, sexual history taking and screening for sexually transmitted infections.

Value: Scholarship will cover $700.00 course fee and subsidise travel and accommodation
