Eva Pratt

General Manager of Primary Health Programs and the RTO

Eva Pratt is an Arrernte woman who has spent most of her life living and working on Kaurna Yerta. She brings over 15 years of experience across Aboriginal Community Controlled Health and community services, with a strong focus on population health, substance use, homelessness and tobacco control. Eva is deeply committed to driving meaningful change that empowers communities, upholds cultural strength and advances genuine self-determination.

Eva holds multiple qualifications, including a Master of Social Work and a Graduate Certificate in Public Health, and has worked across both government and Community sectors to design and deliver culturally appropriate Aboriginal services.
In her role at AHCSA, Eva provides leadership across primary health programs delivered through the ACCH sector. She works closely with Member Services to support the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based programs that respond to local Community needs, provides specialist advice on program design, delivery, monitoring and evaluation, and supports Members to build sustainable program capability.

Eva also oversees AHCSA-led primary health programs across the sector, manages funding and partnership agreements, and leads the management and coordination of AHCSA’s Registered Training Organisation (RTO) to strengthen workforce capability and support improved health outcomes for Aboriginal communities.
