AHCSA acknowledges the Kaurna people as the traditional custodians of the Adelaide region, where the organisation is located, and we recognise the Kaurna peoples cultural, spiritual, physical and emotional connection with their land. We honour and pay our respects to Kaurna elders, both past and present, and all generations of Kaurna people, now and into the future.

We also welcome Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples visiting from other parts of Australia and respect their Cultures.

Artwork by Temaana Sanderson-Bromley – Adnyamathanha, Narungga & Wangkanguru/Yarluyandi.
This artwork is inspired by the strength and wisdom held in our waterways. It is about health, wellbeing, connection and culture and the way water unifies these elements together. Water connects all living things—carrying culture, memory, and meaning across generations.
