Service Description:

Tullawon supports the Aboriginal community of Yalata throughout their cancer journey, from health promotion and screening through to diagnosis, treatment access and ongoing care. GPs, allied health and specialists regularly provide services through partnerships with the Royal Flying Doctor Service and the KHWA Alliance. A Cancer Support Officer can provide care coordination and patient support for people travelling outside the community for cancer treatment, alongside transport assistance and social and emotional wellbeing support to help individuals and families navigate their care journey.
