Nganampa Health Council provides primary healthcare services to Aṉangu communities across the APY Lands through a network of clinics in Amata, Fregon, Iwantja, Mimili, Nyaparo, Pipalyatjara and Pukatja. The service delivers health checks, chronic disease management, women’s health services including cervical and breast screening promotion, specialist outreach clinics, and patient support for people requiring treatment outside their communities. These services are supported by culturally safe local health programs designed to improve prevention, early detection and ongoing management of disease, including cancer-related conditions.
