NPY Women’s Council is an Anangu and Yarnangu-led-led organisation that delivers health, social and cultural services across the Ngaanyatjarra, Pitjantjatjara and Yankunytjatjara (NPY) region. Led by Ngangkari, the traditional healers of the NPY lands, and senior Anangu, the Uti Kulintjaku program encourages deeper conversations about mental health and healing for Anangu and people working in Aboriginal health services. The Council works to provide support, respite, advocacy and case management to older Anangu and Anangu with disabilities. Practical support is also available for everyday living needs.
