Carers SA works to improve the health, wellbeing and resilience of carers, including those supporting someone with cancer. Culturally safe practice is embedded across all services to ensure Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander carers are supported in a respectful and appropriate way.
The organisation provides a range of supports for unpaid carers across South Australia, including carer support planning, peer support, counselling, tailored support packages, coaching, young carer services, emergency respite, carer breaks and one-on-one support. Click here for more information.
