Service Description:

Aboriginal Social and Emotional Wellbeing Centre is a dedicated wellbeing service for Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people in South Australia. Grounded in culture, staff walk alongside you to support your wellbeing, with care that respects culture, family and community. The service can provide assessments, counselling and wellbeing support, work with you to develop ongoing care plans, connect you with housing, financial, family and other services, coordinate your care with health professionals and services, and offer traditional healing guided by culture and connection to Country.
