The Manager, Workforce Development is responsible for leading the planning and delivery of workforce strategies, programs and initiatives to strengthen the ACCH sector’s capacity and capability in supporting Aboriginal communities. This includes building the ACCH sector workforce through attraction, recruitment, retention and organisational development strategies, including a focus on increasing the proportion of Aboriginal people working within the sector.
