Communicare Support Desk

The Aboriginal Health Council South Australia has two staff members available to provide advice and support to member services to help optimise their use of Communicare.

The Communicare team provides:

  • Assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to Communicare,
  • Training to staff either on site or via remote access/telephone,
  • Advice regarding the best use of standard Patient Information Management Systems procedures and templates supportive of program reporting obligations, and
  • Assistance in enabling the improvement and maintenance of proficiency standards in the use of Communicare.
