OUR PROGRAMS
Moorundi Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Service provides health services with a Preventative Health Care and Chronic Disease Management Focus.
Preventative health assessments (Well Health Checks) and Chronic Disease Management services are offered utilising the multi-disciplinary team approach with a strong focus on Aboriginal Health Worker/Practitioner functions.
Moorundi ACCHS Inc’s holistic approach to health service delivery, not only looks at the medical and physical but also the important role that social and emotional wellbeing plays in an individual’s health.

Throughout the website the term Aboriginal is used in this context to include people who identify as Aboriginal, people who identify as Torres Strait Islander Peoples and people who identify as both Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander. It is also used interchangeably with the term Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander.
