Isabella Johnson

Isabella is an experienced public health leader, living and working on Kaurna land. She has extensive knowledge in foundational public health principles, strategic planning and stakeholder engagement which enables her to support the CEO in managing AHCSAs strategic and operational developments.

Isabella has worked in public health management in the not-for-profit sector as well as in state government, which gives her valuable insights to support and advocate for AHCSA’s Member Services and their communities.

With formal qualifications and a strong foundation in health promotion, social determinants of health, health equity and Aboriginal health, Isabella is grounded by her extensive experience in communicable disease control, and brings a rights-based lens to the management of AHCSA’s program division.

Isabella is committed to working alongside Member Services and the communities they serve to ensure the accessibility and suitability of program delivery, while advocating for a holistic and preventative lens to support health outcomes.
